过来人源自清华大学，是中国领先的大学生求职就业专业服务机构，秉承“立人、达人、过来人”的理念。过来人商学院是中国第一家专注求职培训的商学院，累计培训学员达万人，并为国内多所211高校提供培训服务。标志以“Guo Lai Ren”的首字母GLR为创意点，以英文字母为主体进行的标志设计。标志整体方正稳重，体现教育行业的严谨性。蓝色的条纹有向上的突破感，表现学院的活力以及其积极上进的特点。英文字体同样选择了圆润稳重的样式。中文字体是最传统的宋体。 主色调为深紫色，紫色代表高贵，常成为贵族所爱用的颜色。紫色也代表胆识与勇气。点缀的蓝色表现出学校活泼的一面，也使整个标志更具现代感。
